Messed up sleep schedule
I got scolded by my father because I messed up big time on my sleep schedule. Im tryin to change my habit again so I hope I can do this.
Questioning my own mental state
Those sarcasm really just for me isnt? am I a worthless person? am I causing trouble for people around me? idk what to say anymore. maybe people around me is hating me.
